My husband and I received four $10 gift certificates from our friends for Christmas 2018. I happened to be pregnant at the time and there is no expiration date so they were kept in a safe place for use later. Well we went to use 3 of them towards our meal and they were not accepted despite there being no expiration date and us knowing the names of the friends who purchased them for us. The business charged the entire order on my card and the owner refused to help us, saying we needed a receipt (from a 14 month old gift) I feel robbed.

Billing Adjustment A refund of the $30 charged to my account, and a new $10 gift certificate for the remaining gift certificate. Or just refund my whole order which was about $37 dollars.
As we explained to Ms. gift cards expire after one year.
