on October the 29 I went to mandarin express in prince Georges mall I order a combo orange chicken and mandarin chicken and white rice and I paid 13.11 I went back to work and when I opened my food there was hair in my food the meat wasn't cooked or the rice was done well and I went back to get my refund or my food re made they refuse to do all that so I called my bank the next day and my bank did an investigation and my bank said they refuse to give my money back so my bank suggested to make a report so they can return my money and I would like my money back after I had a horrible experience the most disgusting food I've ever tried
