Forget about follow-on service!!I Bought a entire house of windows and trim from this company. Went back to purchase a replacement sash and they were nothing but rude even to a point of hanging up on me. They failed to match the replacement window with my previous ordered windows. Shame on me for not looking at every code in the quote. Shame on them for not providing support. Buy your windows elsewhere.
