On July 20th 2017 a Contract was signed for $1400 for 12 yds of concrete to be laid for RV parking pad, $150. for tearing out the sod and level, $140.00 Hauling 8 tons of rock, $1310 for labor, $100 for digging trench for water hookup, $100 for digging trench for Electric hookup -- totaling $3200. A check was giving to him for $3200. No work was done. Due to my husbands unexpected death in November, the RV pad work was not needed. *** was called to inform him that the pad was no longer needed and that a refund was requested or he could put in a driveway in the front and repair front steps. He called back and left a message that he was ready to do the work. I still have the message. I called again on July 2, 2018 and still have not heard back from him.
