Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 6-15-15This is what I gave them this morning But they wouldn't sign off on the paper for the repairs that needed to be doneI ran a [redacted] on this car and it's saying that it hasn't been in a accident But everybody else is say it has a total stranger even said so this morning when I was at [redacted] Autopart this man didn't know me from a can of beans Is there anyway I can find out if this car has been in a wreck? We have had the vehicle at the dealership and made all repairs to her carPlus we also made sure she had transportation as we provided a rental car while the repairs will be completed Manassas imports considers this case closed and would like a favorable response from the customer that we

Good morning,In reference to case number *** when we originally got the complaint the customers name on the complaint was not listed in the computerNow that I have located the deal and when it was sold I am willing to refund the $to the customerYou can let the customer know as soon as the case is closed I will mail him a check or he can come to the dealership and pick it up himself

In response to *** ***'s claims, his loan was canceled by the lender due to credit concerns. We worked very hard with the lender and once we could not get the "spot delivery" approved we notified *** *** and refunded all monies due. We feel that this matter is closed
