To whom it may concern;On April 6"2017 [redacted] purchased 2004 [redacted]. She test drove the vehicle, loved it and allowed us to pull her credit to figure out which lenders would assist her on giving her a loan. She has cash down to help pay her taxes. Few days later she came in i-rate that...
check engine light is on. I asked her to calm herself and let us find out what it is. We scanned the vehicle and it was oxygen sensor which we had order to have it installed. Typically we don't have loaners to give for vehicle sold for service, but since she was going to be late to her job we assist her with a loaner and she drove off to work. The following day the vehicle had the part installed and there were no check engine lights what so ever. We contacted her to come in bring the loaner and pick up your car. She came in the following day and stated that she wants to return the vehicle, at this time it's been 4ays since she had the vehicle and her auto loan was finalized and funded. We explained that we cannot un-wind this deal as it is complete with the lender. She started to get irate and started to make a scene in our showroom. I kindly asked her to leave our showroom, after 10 or 15 min of cursing she left with her purchased Volvo. That was the last we heard from her til I received Revdex.com letter.

Maxwell is a liar point blank. yes I did curse him out after he insulted my intelligence and lied in my face. his response is missing information and has skipped vital information. I had come in on several occasions before it got to that point. I basically had to beg for a loaner which I was told I could not have and had to be "irate" before I got one. I will be taking them to court for my down payment back.. also the bank will come and reposes the vehicle when they receive no initial or future payments, and ill dispute it off of my credit.. I refuse to let their terrible customer service bring me down.. End of subject

I am rejecting this response because: my radio still is not fixed. My headlight is still not fixed and for the inconveniences that we were caused and we are still catching up on bills for the lost wages. For the forth time we took the truck, we have not had the 4wd light come on yet so I am satisfied with that.

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't know what this document is about ( individual advance on hold report )we never saw or receive this document and about the emission and tags processing the day we purchase this vehicle we left the van in the dealer for few days because thei told us textually we already please an order for a full set of new tires and the locksmith will come to fix or make a new keys for the rear doors ) then a couple days later I use the van for a day and in that day I been in the shop to make the emission inspectio and I been told that I have to drive the van for at least 50 milles because the ( service engine light is been turned off recently so in order to have the emiccion done, then we returned to the dealer after we drive for over then 50 miles and the service engine light turn on we explain to the person in the dealer about that issue and he got a device from he's office plug in the van and turn off the service light off then he say is ready, and ask him about the locks and he say we have to order new ones because the ones on the van are not good any more and I ask for the tags en he say you have to bring the emission test done the I go back to the shop and I been told once again to drive the van for least 50 miles I do that and light turn on back again so I go back to the shop and they check the problem and thei say the transmission needs to be serviced then I go back to the dealer explain them about the transmission service then he say we have to make an appointment with the mecanic for that so we call you and let you know wen you can bring the van then several days pass whit out a call from them so I go to the dealer and left the van with them and tell them to call me we the van is ready, in the next couple of days thei call me, thei fix the transmission then I do the emissions I call the dealer and told them I have the emissions done and he say ok just bring a copy of the emissions and I'll get your tags so I bring a copy of the emissions to them the he say ok give me a few days then I'll have the tags for you by then I call them about a week later then he say not ready because you not bring the emissions, I tell him I have already give you a copy of it then he say ok I'll call you wen you can pick it up then he never call me then I go to the dealer to see what was going on with the tags then he say if you want your tags pay me 850 dollars for the transmission then I say ok, can you show me the receip and warranty for the transmission? And he say do you have the money? And I say not right now then he say ok bring the money and I'll give you your tags and show you the receip and about the tires ,sensors,Ac side panel and door locks forget about it all the cars we sell have one missing and there is not a big deal he give me the receip were they replace the tires and tell me to go whit them and tell them about the tires sensors.

I am rejecting this response because: in doin further investigation I learned that the odometer reading was adjusted to read a lower milage than the vehicle actually should have. This information was obtained by a [redacted] report shown to me by a mechanic that was working on the [redacted] for me.
