Management Apex "claims" to be the HOA for the Westlake subdivision, but they have not been voted on by the residents IF they ARE an HOA, they have done a miserable job of taking care of the properties that are not yet built on, and the "common grounds" Their bookkeeping is inadequate and should be audited

Management Apex/Amanda Howard Property Management held our rental listing for over a year, and were not proactive in Marketing our property in an effective way and were difficult to communicate with, frequently out of the office for days and slow to respond to calls or e-mail They had very few showings, and only one undesirable tenant who was late making payments and broke his lease agreement after only months, and damaged the wallsManagement Apex frequently authorized expenses we did not approve We have over years experience with owning rental houses, and have never encountered a more incompetent management company

Terrible communication issues with this company as our community's property management company. Arbitrary and changing application of community's covenants, and likewise sporadic charging and collection of fines and/or HOA dues. Just all around terrible. There are too many examples to list, but it all boils down to absolutely appalling lack of communication on their part, either to initiate or to respond, and their apparent lack of interest in doing any better.
