I have been trying to contact Mr. Goolsby for about a week now. I made a purchase from his online store on 02JUL2020. I have sent multiple emails. I left multiples voicemails. I contacted him on his social media sites. There have been no updates on my purchase although the $414 was charged. I have made more than amicable attempts to reach him with no luck. I have an entire trail of all the conversations and attempts I have made. Please help!
