This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint that was mailed to us on 11/We received the e-mail date 11/from the complainant and submitted a response on the attached document on 11/indicating that we do toxicity test all of our tires to make sure they are safe and in compliance with US Safety

Standards. As with every new toy, we recommend that you supervise your dog and to take it away should pieces start to come off. If pieces are ingested, it is normal and healthy for vomiting to occur so that the material can be eliminated from the digestive system. We also offered to refund the cost of purchasing the original toy as we do have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  We have yet to hear a response back from the complainant and I did follow-up with another e-mail on 11/23.   Please let me know should you have any questions or concerns.
