Mama Leti's Cafe

I have gone to this establishment several times and I always ask for the same thing. Bread with butter and hot chocolate. The price is never the same. Sometimes they charge me well within what I know is their regular price, but when the owner of the establishment rings up the charge, he overcharges. He is rude, impertinent and changes his prices on a whim. I have noticed other customers question him when he charges them as well. The staff there (those who work under him) are fine, they do their best and try to cater to everyone, but he is extremely rude to them, bossy and unprofessional.
