MaliMali Concrete

7 months after backyard concrete works done by Malimali in October 2018, there have been massive cracks and MaliMali acknowledged it is the workmanship and material quality problem and promised to get it repaired under warranty. It has been over 1 year 1 months and still no repair done as well as no estimated time to repair. The Vendor just said it will get it taken care of,but no action and no ETA. Vendor being irresponsible with empty works and no reply and no answer to Customer's inquiry.
the repair has been postponeed without any legit excuse and the vendor full of lies and keep ignore the inquiry from clients about the repair ETA and next steps of action.
