First of all why hasnt this company been shut down yet? All gorrible reviews on Google and obviously on Revdex.com as well The man that answers for customer service sounds like he is from NJ and has the attitude of a mean spirited NY'er Never in my life have I been treated so rudely from the start of an inquiry and then told about all these hidden costs and up-sells none of which was online...Thought I was getting a great Black Friday deal and in all the excitement did not do my due diligence on reading reviews of company which all give horrible ratings...I will never make that mistake again and hope to save anyone else from buying from this sham artist company

These folks run a bait-and-switch operation combined with high pressure up-selling. They advertise cameras for very low prices, you place an order online, they send you a message telling you to call them, at which point they explain the the camera on the website was an "international model" and you need to get the U.S. version, and you better get the battery and memory too (because they're not included) at hyper-inflated prices, and next thing you know the cost of your order has doubled. When you try to modify or cancel your order they either won't answer the phone or are very rude. I had to call my credit card to block any charges from them,. Avoid! I got the same camera direct from Canon for less than the final invoice from Malibu Camera. They won't save you money, but they will give you a headache.
