Home Warranty Company hired Malherek to look at our furnaceOur control board was broken It was going to take some time to get a new one ordered so he rigged the furnace to stay on They came back out and repaired part Late next day the furnace quit working Talked to Darryl on Friday and he said he would have someone come out They never showed No answer all weekend Finally answered after I texted that I would bill him if I called someone else Came out and said that my filters were dirty and he couldn't do anything else The filters were fine prior since that is the first thing the previous person checked He left with the furnace completely disassembled I had to call a friend to help me figure out how to put it back together Ended up being the trigger switch not being compressed in Stay away from this company It's a shame since the first guy was super professional and the so called owner is terrible

Malherek came out to our house to repair our furnace that was not working. The repairman claimed it was working fine, and he billed us $100. 30 minutes after he left it stopped working. We called him back and he sent a text saying he knew what was wrong and would call right back. Never heard from him, even after we left voice messages and text messages. Very shady!
