Malcom Cummingham Cheverolet North Point

I came in the dealership to trade in my 2013 Chevy Camaro SS ( Top notch condition). I spoke with a salesperson February 22 who appraised my Camaro in good condition and given the okay to trade it in for a Chevy 2020 Equinox. I submitted all the information needed to complete the contract as far as my income for verification for the loan process. I was under the impression that all the necessary paperwork was completed and I was the owner of a new Equinox. However ten days later Capitol One email me about a late payment. I contact Capitol One to let know I no longer had possession of the vehicle. I was than informed that no check was received from the Dealership. I contacted the dealership to find out the reason for the nonpayment even though I release the vehicle in the possession 10 day prior. (The Chevy Camaro SS was still on the lot with no insurance so if anything major would have occurred I would have been responsible. But only minor damages occurred while in the possession of the dealership) I called the Dealership and was told to come in to sign more paperwork. Once I arrived I was told I had to return the 2020 Equinox because loan was not approved. It took them 10 days without calling me if Capitol never email I would have never know. The Dealership continue to run my credit even after I signed my contract for the loan.
