On July 2, 2007, I went to Mr [redacted] ’ mobile home and installed a shower surround kit, new faucet and other faucets throughout the mobile homeSome time passed and on July 26, 2007, Mr [redacted] called back and said the surround kit had a hole in the wellUpon arriving at the mobile home, his sister said someone had fallen in the shower causing the damageI told the sister I would do the best I could to do the repairMr [redacted] called back at the end of June and said it was coming looseI went by the mobile home twice and nobody was homeHe called and left another message and I respondedI told him if he would buy the kit I would install it for him and he responded, “No thanks.” We warranty labor and parts for one yearEven though this has been seven years, I tried to offer a solution to make the customer happy but he refused
