I was a customer of [redacted]   [redacted] ***, who claims he is Owner of Makoa Construction and holds a license under MCHe has been threathening me if I do not pay him charges that I have already paid him for, he will not complete my workI am writing to you to let you know this man is a con artist who should not be allowed to do business in the state of Hawaii or any where for this matter, if he can't uphold his professionalismHe is a very aggressive and threathening individual and fear he may retaliateI will be taking this further and I will be seeing him in court
