Mako Labs

Mako Labs is a parent company of ***, ***, Barbados, known as *** advertising platform (***). In Sept 2015 I signed up as an advertiser with *** platform and they asked for $1000 security deposit. On Oct 21, 2015 I made a wire $1000 deposit to *** (***) bank account in Barbados and started to buy traffic via the platform.
On Jun 20, 2019 I got an email from *** saying they are shutting down the company and "If you have an available balance at the end of the month, you can request a refund but kindly note, that refunds for deposits made via wire, ACH or checks, will be processed in July 2019, where as deposits made by credit cards will be issued as of November 1, 2019."
I still didn't get a refund of my $1000 security deposit. No *** not Mako Labs answering my emails regarding the refund. Emails were sent to *** and ***.
