Makexyz

First the online order shows one price then when I ordered it, it jumped the price up. Who ever coded that site needs to check the coding. I ordered several parts and only received some of them. And one piece was damaged. They have no way to reach them except email. which they don't respond to. I would recommend using a company that cares about customer s and has an actual customer service person that can be reached.

Through makexyz, I found a maker near me and I ordered a print from him. But without asking me or him, makexyz farmed the print out to someone else and charged my credit card. Meantime, the local guy made my print but he didn't get paid. Makexyz should pay the local maker, or refund my money so I can pay him. This has been going back and forth for more than a month. Makexyz is cryptic at every step and grudging in their communication. One phone call or one competent customer service agent could fix this. But no real person has a phone or even an email address, only "[email protected]." What are they hiding? Why is this so difficult?
