To Whom this may Concern, Unfortunately there must have been a misunderstanding in the role MAC cosmetics plays in our school We never claimed that MAC funded the class ( that's not possible ) we clearly stated that the school was "Makeup City Certified " & Used MAC techniques due to the
back ground of the trainers The website & the syllabus reflect that. MAC does not certify anyone that is not an hourly employee of there company MAC however does supply our school with Face Charts & spoolies to help with educational purposes . As Far as *** Certification , a PDF was sent to her to help with the Pro Application process We find that most students prefer the upload able copy VS a hard copy when applying online to any Pro Discount program Unfortunately we didn't realize that a hard copy was never sent . That situation has been handled & both PDF and Hard Copy have been resent as well as been mailed to *** . We are a small family owned & operated school that handles everything one on one and deeply apologizes for the misstep in communication .it was never our intention for a student to be dissatisfied with any part of our Schooling process . *** *** ***

Review: Makeup City was advertised as a "MAC" "Certified" makeup class, The only certification [redacted] has provided has been a PDF copy NOTHING mentioning MAC, after being in contact with MAC it has been verified that this indeed is NOT a Class funded by them, I took this class a year ago and to date have not received a paper certificate. After multiple attempts to contact [redacted] about the issue at hand she has continually ignored all contact.Desired Settlement: I Want a refund of the 600.00$ that was paid towards the class.
