Review: We purchased a media spot costing $7,000 in January of this year, which should have produced 100 calls from a TV spot. We received 5 as of 5/15 and we requested a refund which totals $6,650. We were told we'd receive the refund in 30-60 days. We still have not received it. My contact will not return my emails or calls in regards to the refund. I highly recommend avoiding working with this company.Desired Settlement: We'd like a full refund to settle this dispute
