Major Medical

I would give zero stars if I could. I received a cpap machine from this company. I had problems with the masks and leaking air. My dr. told me to go to sleep center and they tried some different masks and recommended I change masks. The order was placed with Major Medical where I got the machine. I waited and waited. When I called MM said they did not get order. I called the dr. They said they sent more than once. MM then said my insurance did not approve the change. I contacted my insurance and they said I was approved. I kept waiting. 5 months of waiting and I could not use the machine. Then finally MM left me a message stating I was not in compliance because I had not used the machine. Of course I was not using it, that was the problem! My Dr.office said this company has been a problem and my dr. stated I should go to a different company. I took the machine back to the greeley office. Now I am being billed for the machine when I do not have it. My insurance paid monthy rent fees for the machine for around a year!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
