Review: Back in November of 2013 I went to website to order a new mailbox and I paid $145.00 to have my new mailbox installed and my old mailbox taken out and hauled away. As of September 2014 I have not received my new mailbox which I have already paid for. I have contacted this company through phone and email and my emails have not be responded to and when I try to leave messages when I call the mailbox is full and I unable to leave a message. Basically this business has stolen from me because I paid for a service 10 months ago and never received my product.Desired Settlement: I would like either my mailbox installed that I have already paid for or for the company to refund me my money as well as damages for the fines since where I live there is a homeowners association and my new mailbox was supposed to be installed by December 31, 2013
