If I could give Maitland a hundred stars I would. My husband and I decided to purchase our first home. We wanted someone who we could trust to listen to what we wanted in a home and wouldn't push us into a purchase we did not want.

She handled our indecision and pickiness with a smile and genuine happiness. We found our dream home and it would not have been possible without her. Maitland was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a very small window to find a house and move due to relocating. She set up multiple listings in just a few days and really listened to what we were looking for. Our dream home happened to be one we just happened to drive past. We sat outside while she made it happen and we put in an offer that night. When it came to getting contracts written/amended she had then over to us in record timing(she was even on vacation for part of the process) She was so efficient and professional and made a stressful time as easy as possible for us.
