Hired them for a GC job per the referral of my real estate agentThey were quick to get me an estimate and assure me the job would be done on time, and that was about itThey were incredibly unresponsive to phone calls and emails, missed the deadline that they said would be "no problem" by weeks on a job that only took to complete start to finis
t took over a month to complete the workDuring that time they wouldn't return phone calls or emailsThey have absolutely no respect for your time at allI would highly recommend not using them for any work
The person who previously commented had a bad experience with a different "maintenance masters" company. The company "maintenance Masters of Connecticut, Inc." closed their doors in February of 2016.
