All we are looking for is reimbursement for the extra $75.00 per month we paid for the renovations not done to our then suite. When the rent increased back in 2014 we now we paid an exyra 75 bucks monthly for a total of 15 months. In total thatis $ 1125.00 of extra cost we didnt need to pay ! Renovations ya we tried asking for just balcony blinds to be replaced but that didnt happen either in fact it was over a year when we requested and then when we left we still hadnt gotten them. So if you can just refund the $ 1125.00 we would be grateful
