Mainline Energy Systems, Inc. (Headquarters)

I drove many miles to Mainline because every time I mentioned the words wood stove, anyone who knew anything said, "Go to Mainline." It sounded like Mainline was the only stove / heating company in the northeast USA. I walked in thinking wood stove and walked out KNOWING pellet stove because owner Mike W. figured out that with my lifestyle, wood was not in my immediate future or best interest (and he was right).
I found everyone at Mainline incredibly patient. As a first-time user and long-time city dweller, the idea of fire in my living room was a little intimidating. The techs, Nik S. and Chris R., explained everything carefully during the installation. As I used the stove through the first few weeks and questions came up, Nik, Chris, and Tawnya H. always answered my questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
I'm an active person, but on one of the snow storm days, after being outside for three hours, I cranked the stove and sat in my easy chair for the rest of the day. In fact, I've moved my "home office" and dining room into my living room, right near the stove. In sum, I love my pellet stove from Harman Stoves​, and I'm glad I drove out to Mainline to purchase it.
