Hi, I am contacting you regarding a complaint notification we received in the mail for complaint # [redacted] The complaint is almost word for word the same as the review they left us on [redacted] I would like for our response to be as well here is our response:Hi there, lets re-track and go back to the phone call that was made I'd have to agree we were like bulls in a china shopI know I should have exercised restraint and handled this better, very regrettable.Our records indicateYou brought your device back, we tested it and informed you we couldn't replicate the problems you were describing, but we would try putting a new screen on it for youWe didn't have the screen in stock but were willing and in fact did have one over-nighted to us so we could get a new screen put on the phone to try and resolve the issues you were describingyou have not yet come back to have us put the new screen onWe'd be more than glad to resolve this for youThanks:End ReponseIf this is for some reason not acceptable let us know why and we will modify it to fit whatever guidelines it needs to follow.Thanks,*** - Tier III Geek [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] ***
