This business advertises online for their horse trailersI had previously called ahead on two separate occasions to inquire about two different horse trailers and were told that they were in stock and availableOn both occasions, Less than an hour later, when I arrived I was told that the trailers were not available and had already sold yet was told they were there and they were also listed on their website as being availableThe sales woman was rude and disrespectful regarding the matter and when I stated that they should look into a better process for their Internet advertising because it looked bad on their business for this kind of thing to occur on more than one occasion, then developed an even nastier attitude with meI was told that was entitled to my opinion but it didn't matter because it wasn't something they handled directly in house This is an example of poor business practice and this type of behavior and attitude from an employee shouldn't be tolerated! I will never do business or attempt to with this dealership again
