Disgust Not one to complain, but felt it necessary to share my experience in hopes of preventing others from experiencing same Discussed desires for decal, exchanged funds seemed like a seamless transaction.....waited an excess of weeks for product delivery (auto/boat decal), before reaching out for statusThe status phone conversation was polite and I believed it was merely a busy time or minor oversight on behalf of company, Fast-forward a week and job was completed HOWEVER decal was placed on vessel, incorrectly I informed owner/mgr immediately to which he promptly apologized and ensured me would be an easy correction Fast -forward days, and nothing was done The job was not corrected And no return contact from Main Street Signs! I am appalled this company continues to operate Please be aware when doing business with Main Street Signs

The status phone conversation was polite and I believed it was merely a busy time or minor oversight on behalf of company, Fast-forward a week and job was completed HOWEVER decal was placed on vessel, incorrectly. I informed owner/mgr immediately to which he promptly apologized and ensured me would be an easy correction. Fast -forward 8 days, and nothing was done. The job was not corrected. And no return contact from Main Street Signs! I am appalled this company continues to operate. Please be aware when doing business with Main Street Signs.
