After 3 weeks my shower is still leaking because of the CHEAP hardware they insist on using on everything... My shower leaks 2.5 gallons of hot water every 15 minutes...Their solution, wait another week for a plastic part rather than just replacing the facet or just turn off your FAMILYIES H2O, they raise your rent every year and don't fix existing problems, but your rent is going up! I have rented from them for 4 years now in a new house that was so poorly built but MSR got it built cheap, they take their $2300 a month and run and do not take care of their customers. I could keep going on and on about MSR, just be aware of what you are getting into when renting from MSR. They want more money and give less service! When I talked to MSR customer service yesterday the lady assured me she would e-mail me the link so I could write a review, ha-ha another bold face lies from the MSR company! They are seriously a JOKE of company!
