the business owner is a scoundrel. We agreed to 7/22 for work and he switched to 7/23 at last minute knowing full well no one would be home because we were helping with a move. He gave us an estimate. Considering the labor charge was $630 it would seem he would be here awhile. The total maximum was 4.5 hours. Yet by his estimate form item one said 'spray and remove weeds from ALL BEDS and tree.? He did not do that. 3. Install 3 yards of triple shred brown mulch in all beds and TREE RUNGS. The latter he forgot one tree. We asked to gave a barrier, usually plastic, before mulch. He did NOT do that in the huge new bed - see the grass coming through. We emailed him and he said he would be here to correct things and he has not appeared but he also has not refunded some of our money. Only time I have ever left a worker at house when I was not here; *** certainly shortcut me by gouging labor charges and leaving things undone.
Finish the job Correct the above as agreed to on estimate or refund done of our $1,000 plus.
We had a slight miscommunication. To start, we started alittle bit earlier than orginally planned which made us finish the job a little bit quicker. Rain was suppose to come the day prior and we were finishing up another project that took longer called for.
All the weeds have been sprayed for two weeks (free of charge ) and the backyard tree ring has be de weeded and freshly mulched.
I also gave the customer a partical refund for the slight delay and made sure everything was Looking prominent. Customer has been addressed or everything and is happy with everything.
The complaint has been resolved. Thank you.
