Review: I had ordered flowers last saturday from an online company for a funeral that was going to take place that following monday (7/15/13), the flowers were never delivered and yet I had received 2 emails that they said had confirmed delivery of that order, I tried contactig them to report their discrepancy, the funeral director had also stated that they did not receive that floral arraingemnet, I'm at a loss on what to doDesired Settlement: I would like to have my credit card credited for this order
