We ship thousands of orders and unfortunately every so often the incorrect item is sent. The customer correctly reported this to us and we sent her a prepaid return shipping label and asked her to return the item so that we could send out the replacement order.  Whether she did not understand...

how the exchange works or whether we did not fully explain it is a matter of conjecture.  What is important is that she called us on 6/15 and we shipped the replacement on 6/17 USPS 94[redacted]. Tracking shows that it was delivered on 6/20.We sincerely apologize for the original error and humbly ask for forgiveness for the misscomunication. We hope that you are enjoying the items.
