Main Line Collision, Incorporated

Review: On December 9th, I dropped my vehicle off to Main Line Collision for repairs to my passenger side. My vehicle was in the shop for 4 weeks and when my vehicle was ready for pickup, I found incurred damages done by the body shop on top of my original damages. They did not repair some of the damages that were originally supposed to be repaired and the damages they were supposed to repair were not satisfactory. I told them the work they did was unacceptable and that they needed to fix all the damages right as well as the incurred damages. They refused to repair a few of the damages that were incurred by them and denied any of those additional damages done to my vehicle. The checks were issued to main line collision under protest because the workmanship was poor and unsatisfactory. I received my vehicle back on January 7th and found yet more damages on top of the incurred damages done by the body shop. At this point I am emotionally distraught with everything that this company has put me through; between the lies and promises that were made. Due to the longevity of the repairs, I've incurred out of pocket expenses. My vehicle will never be the same because of all the damages that they incurred on top of not repairing the original damages correctly. By attempting to repair the damages, they damaged my vehicle more. The workmanship done to my vehicle was all around sloppy and what they did to my vehicle was uncalled for and unnecessary. I am not happy with their services and do not believe that they are a credible business. I have tried to work with them and they have now refused to fix the vehicle to precollision condition.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repaired and for it to look like it did before the accident occurred. However, I do not want my vehicle repaired by Main Line Collision due to the incurred damages that were done in addition to the original damages from the accident. I am taking my vehicle to another body shop and my insurance will not cover any of these damages. Therefore, all of these repairs will be out of pocket expenses for me and I cannot afford that. With that said I would like Main Line Collision to cover any out of pocket expenses for my vehicle to be repaired correctly.
