Main Line Chimney

I contacted Main Line Chimney review regarding work on my chimney. The customer service representative informed me that they would submit the invoice to my titling company and have the bill taken from settlement. Approximately a month after closing on the sale of my house, a representative (Tim) contacted me that they had not received payment. I asked him to give me a few days to review my closing statement; we were in the middle of a move and our documents were in storage.
I called several times following week and they did not answer the phone. They also called me a few times that week, but I was unable to answer the phone; but always called back before COB. Today, I returned their call and Tim the representative was belligerent beyond words. He yelled at me on the phone, told me I was not acting like an adult and continually interrupted me; fully unbecoming of customer service. He was upset that I had not called him back last week. I explained that I had, and to check his phone logs. He continued to berate me and I asked him to calm down on the phone. I actually had to end the conversation because of his language. He immediately called back and said he was tired of dealing with me, "make payment right now or i'll take you to court." I provided him with my credit card information and paid my bill.
I am fully disappointed with this company's customer service, and intend to share my experiences with them on other websites such as google plus, home advisor and A[redacted] List.
