I submitted a quote on the website to see about getting some small work done with intentions of completing a much larger project in the summer and wanted to see where Main Concrete Inc priced with the other quotes I have already received.

I received a rude e-mail back from [redacted] saying "sorry, too busy to do your job" without even giving me a price or inquiring when I might want this work done. While I am not against work being turned down by a contractor, I believe that building relationships with people is important. [redacted] was extremely unprofessional and when I e-mailed him back telling him I would keep that in mind and not recommend his business to friends and family because of his rudeness and unprofessionalism, he responded that "How bout u stop by my house and sweep my kitchen floor (or maybe you have better things to do)". I told him again how rude and unprofessional his e-mails were and he called me a "nut job". I would definitely steer clear of this business. They clearly do not know what decent customer service is.
