I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am really appalled at the false statement that main care sent to you.  First of all they indicated that I was out of fuel. I was not as you can see on my receipt from main care I paid for 150 gallons of fuel and my tank holds well over 250 gallons. They only delivered me 111 gallons and indicated my tank was full. This was 3ish pm.  When I arrived home 7pm my thermostat read 54 which I do have a picture and time stamp in my phone if needed. I called a little before 8pm and had to call back a short time later as my son and grand kids had pneumonia with in the last two weeks and I did not want them sick. I also was promised by the tech to have heat before he left. He had an idea to hook up a 5 gallon can  to give me heat for a few days. Another false statement was I had electric heaters, I do not. My friend came over at midnight and let me borrow his kerosene heater for the evening. I do have witnesses if needed. He also was not at my home for two hours. They called me after the person denied me heaters and a way for them to set up temporary heat for a few days. A lady from the company called me well after the technician was gone for 30 minutes asking for another 79.00 dollars. I can have phone records to verify this if need. I am vey dissatisfied with the service and do not plan on using them at all.
Regards, [redacted]

I called Main Care as a cash paying customer. They delivered kerosene and for some reason my furnace stopped working. I have never had this problem in the 18 years that I lived there. ( I also have a new furnace not even 2 years old). Before sending someone to fix this they wanted and did charge me $189.00 dollars for a service call. I called them back 3 times to let them know my son was treated a few days prior for pneumonia, and my grandson had pneumonia the week prior. I called to ask what time they would send someone and again explained the situation. The technician arrived about 45 minutes later. I asked him many questions and he promised he would not leave me with no heat. He suggested a five gallon container to get me going stating I had a frozen  line.  In the mean time a coworker let me borrow his kerosene for the night that I had to return the next day. He left the house going to the main office to get me some kerosene. He then reported that the on call said I could not have the kerosene. So about twenty minutes after the mechanic left, the agency called me wanting to charge me another 79 dollars. I at first told them I am broke paying over 400 for kerosene and then the service call. I also am told that all companies are to not leave anyone with out heat. Regardless I told them I was not paying for the four or five smoke breaks that the tech took. I offered to pick up the cigarette butts in my driveway for them. Later the next evening I had to pay another company to make the repair. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours and it was the nozzle, which I have. Also as a back up he picked up the lines in the back yard. so I wasted 189 dollars on the service call that they did not get going, and their protocol is to get me heat for the evening.

Dear Revdex.com, We were contacted by [redacted] to delivery kerosene 111 gallons was  delivered at approximately 3pm on 1/4/16.  Later in the evening at 8:30pm customer phoned to report no heat we dispatched technician that arrived approx 10pm.  The service technician found that the oil line was frozen, we made several attempts to thaw the line but were unsuccessful, other methods were discussed such as installing a temporary fuel line and continuing to work on freeing the line were discussed however the customer refused this service as it would require additional money for labor and customer said she was unable to pay.  We offered electric heaters customer refused stated she had electric heaters already in use which is an indication customer had no heat when she called and assumed she needed fuel.  The customer claimed the problem was caused by a plugged nozzle which is on the inside of the furnace she said she called another company. Main Care Technician verified that the fuel line was frozen.   It is our belief that the line was frozen prior to our delivery and as the temperatures increased during the daytime on 1/5/16 caused the line to thaw.  Our technician was at customer’s home close to two hours a cost of $298.88.  We will adjust the labor to 1 hour at regular rate $132.83 credit ($199.25) the overtime rate and refund the difference of $66.42 dollars. Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manger 1.800.542.5552
