Talked to Mr*** on the phone on the day of 11-10-at 8amOffered customer to pay for oil pan at cost of $89.95+tax and will install part for no chargeCustomer stated that he will get back to us

At the time of your complaint I had priced put a price of an oil panUnfortunately I was priced out for an incorrect partUpon your arrival to perform the repairs it was seen that the oil filter had been already been replaced with the dealers filterProbably oil was replaced as well Since Main Auto Care Inc did not do the last service we will not be held accountable of further repairs as we are not at fault

my oil panThey confirmed the issue and then offered to fix it for only $89.99- see last complaintThey then began to give me the the run when I returned to have the offer honoredAfter not fixing the issue after this run around they call me days later and attempt to gouge the pricing and tell me to pay $550+ to fix their user errorMy second complaint was not responded toI am now asking for this to be resolved at zero cost as this is a user errorFix the mechanics error at no cost
