Review: On June *, 2013, I hired mailnetwork.com to provide my company a mail forwarding service to be set up in Maryland. Their job was to handle all of my mail and forward it off to another location. I paid $220 for a six month service. This also included a $500 refundable deposit to cover any other expenses. On December *, 2013, my six month service term was up and I decided not to renew. I called [redacted], the [redacted] of the business and asked him to return my deposit. He explained to me that it would take 30 days for the address change to fully take place through the US Postal Service. Once the 30 days were up, I would receive $500 to my credit card. He also explained this would take 5-7 business days after the 30 day time period.
I waited the 30 days (Jan.*, 2014), plus another 5 business days (Jan **). I then phoned [redacted] and asked him if my deposit was sent. He assured me it had been processed. Over the next three weeks, I phoned [redacted] a total of 6 times asking him where my deposit was. He now told me he THOUGHT it was processed. Each time I called he was never in his office, but he told me every time that he would call me back in 30 minutes with an answer. Never once did he call me back. After several emails and messages left to his office, I still have not received a phone call nor have I received my deposit.Desired Settlement: I expect the full $500 deposit to be credited back to my credit card as per the terms of our agreement
