Locked out of account for several weeks
Terrible customer service. My husband has been locked out of his account for several weeks now! Customer service told us that they couldn't help us over the phone because he did not pay for a premium account, that it had to be handled through email. Whenever we email them to try to get it resolved they "reply" with an automated email. He has used them for over 15 years and now they are holding personal information hostage.
Would like to have access back to email so that he can get his personal documents.

***,
I believe you have the wrong entity here. PMC has not operated under the name "Mail.com" in 10+ years. We do not operate an email domain service. We also don't any "premium account" requirements for access to our customer service. If you are looking for the entity that operates Mail.com (the email service located at www.mail.com) the entity you are looking for is 1&1 Mail & Media Inc., not PMC.
If you do mean PMC and you mean that you subscribe to one of PMC's subsidiaries' magazines via email, feel free to send me an email and I can get you pointed in the right direction to get your account sorted out.
Mail.com has "blocked" my e-mail account without notice and without explanation. I can no longer access my e-mails.
On the morning of October 19, 2018, I discovered that my Mail.com e-mail account was all of a sudden "blocked" and that I had to contact Mail.com to regain access to it. This is an account that I have had for years with no issues. Unfortunately for me, I had created numerous folders with important e-mails that and have now been denied access to them. The response from Mail.com is very dismissive saying only that the account will remain blocked with no explanation or reasons. I can confirm that there have been no nefarious activities conducted on my part, relative to my e-mail.
I would like to have my account reinstated, if only to retrieve my saved e-mails. If Mail.com continues to refuse to reinstate my account, I request that they provide me with my saved e-mails in my folders. The blocked e-mail account is:
Thank you for this response. I have been successful in having Mail.com reinstate my e-mail account.
