Review: I have made two attempts to have FBI fingerprinting (as required of all school volunteers) done at this location. According to the website, fingerprinting is done 8:30-4pm with no appointment necessary. On the first attempt I found a handwritten sign stating that the fingerprinting machine was down. I called to ask for a timeframe when it would be available and choose not to wait. On my second attempt, I called beforehand asking "for information about getting fingerprints done" the response from the business was "ok". I explained that I had driven over 1/2hr earlier in the week to discover the machine was down and wanted to make sure that I could get the prints completed this time. The response was "the machine is up". I said ok then I will be there soon. No reply. Arriving 45mins later I again found a handwritten note saying "fingerprinting done 8:30-1 and 2-4". This information was not given over the phone when I called. The lack of human decency to provide relevant information is unacceptable. The employees stated "we only get paid $1 to do this". I do not believe that gives them the right to be rude and uninformative. I specifically called to ask for information. A simple informative response would have avoided this situation. When I explained this to the employees they were unapologetic and placed blame on "[redacted]" for not updating their website information. Blame cannot be passed when I talked to the very ladies who didn't feel it was important to do their job and explain or have the courtesy to be helpful. I have heard similar complaints from everyone who has already used this business. And as I'm standing in line waiting I am hearing similar stories from others.Desired Settlement: Providing basic information in a kind way is what I expect of any business that is allowed to operate. ' 'Passing the buck' is simply not useful. Be kind. Be courteous. Do your job. Thank you.

Review: This business claims to be open on Saturday mornings for a fingerprinting service from 10:00 A.M to 12:30 P.M. Twice I have tried calling the business and they say we are busy assisting customers. When I went to the business the place was closed. There was no notification on the website or their phone messaging service that they were closed. When I showed up the second time there were other angry customers that said this wasn't the first time they experienced the same issue of the business not being open on Saturday.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to call me and explain why they have been closed on Saturdays. Also, since I travel a large distance I think it is unfair that I spent gas money driving to their business for fingerprinting service. I think that they should compensate me the amount that it costs to have my fingerprinting completed.
