In regards to the complaint filed by Mrs***, I, ***, filed the claim in regards to the package not getting to the destination at the time UPS guaranteed arrival. The claim was approved for the amount of $68.43, I then told Mrs*** the amount and she said a few
choice words (basically that she was unhappy) and that she wanted to pursue the insurance claim for the contents of the packageI then resubmitted the claim for the contents ($insurance) in which UPS declined due to the nature of the contents. A few days later, *** *** (Owner of Mailbox & More) received a letter from Mrs***'s bank informing her that they were stopping payment of $that was charged to Mrs***'s credit card on 7/14/for shippingMrs*** filled out the papers necessary and returned them back to the issuerWe, Mailbox & More, do not know what happened with Mrs*** & her bank after they received the paperwork. We hope this helps with the complaint and are sorry for the inconvenience....God Bless and have a very Merry Christmas!!
