Mail A Letter

I am elderly, seventy-seven and don't drive or own a printer. For many years, whenever I needed a copy, I merely uploaded to mailaletter.com and they would mail it wherever I chose. It was so convenient and cheap. Last year or so, they take the money and never send the document and they do not reply to messages. Why don't they take down the website if they do not intend to give people what they pay for. Very upset and angry. Fortunately, I was only ripped off this time for five bucks, but felt I should warn people. Some new people might subscribe and lose money as well as they do nothing but take your money and ignore the order.

The transaction was canceled and the funds were refunded (see attached for proof) as the name on the paypal account

We closed this account as this account was created by a fraudster. The user attempted to charge 6 different credit cards under different names all over the country.
