Review: I requested the move-in/move-out cleaning because I wanted my oven, fridge, and appliances included. They did a horrible job. You are guaranteed a 2 person team, but one girl left after 1 1/2 to 2 hours leaving the other woman who was recovering from the flu holding the bag. She did her best, but wore down after having to do double work, and was unable to complete the full deep clean. Cleaner residue left all over the shower glass doors and bathrooms, oven still had spray in places where it was not touched. I sprayed it the night before and they even stated it would be a breeze to clean. However, the girl who left early rushed through it and wiped the cleaner around. It wasn't even safe to use after she left and I had to re-clean myself. Appliances were not touched, and in fact they weren't even lifted to complete the cleaning of the counter. I still tipped handsomely because I felt bad for the the maid that had to do everything by herself but certainly did not receive the service that I paid $182 for. I called [redacted], the owner the next day and she agreed that everything was unacceptable and found out what happened the evening before from the maid. I think she should have called me rather than waiting for me to call if she knew that I received poor service, but she was understanding and offered a free deep clean when they come out the next month. Although their 200% money back guarantee says they will send a new crew out immediately, I was flexible and agreed this was satisfactory. I still even referred my mom to her who signed up for service every 2 weeks after [redacted] said she would come and clean my house personally the next time. I e-mailed [redacted] a week ahead of time to confirm the price, date, and time, which was all set for 2/3/14 at 11:30. No one showed and to this date not one person has called me back. I waited, called, sent texts, and e-mailed and she still has not responded. I have requested a refund of $182.16 per their 200% money back guarantee and have had no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $182.16 that was paid for the original move-in/move-out cleaning because it was never completed. I would like the company to honor their advertised 200% money back guarantee. I paid cash so I can not cancel or reverse any charges.
