Review: I was at the Maidenform store at [redacted] Premium Outlets in [redacted] yesterday. I went into the store and asked if the store carried bra extenders. The saleswoman at the counter showed me the 2-hook ones they had. I asked her if there was way for me to open and try them to make sure they fit my bra. She said they are standard and if the bra is a 2-hook bra they would fit. I trusted her and bought the product. Of course, I came home and they wouldn't fit. The distance between the 2-hooks on the bra extender was way more than the distance on the 2-hooks on my bra, and so of course I cannot use them. I live 60 miles away from the outlet mall and I am definitely not going back to exchange or return it. I need a a refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and frustration.Desired Settlement: Refund and appropriate compensation for inconvenience and frustration.
