Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the mishandling of this complaint to both [redacted] and the Revdex.com Maid in the Shade prides ourselves on our customer service and our standing with the Revdex.com We would never ignore a concern or complaint from a clientUnfortunately through a series of errors we did not receive notice of this complaintThank you for you persistence in attempting to contact us regarding this matterWe want nothing more than to keep our client's happyWe have contacted [redacted] letting him know we have refunded his total charge for the visit A check was written and mailed to him , today, October 28, We hope this gives [redacted] some satisfaction in this eventYours truly, [redacted]
As was stated, the customer requested the service and cancelled at the door, againWe clean gutters when the leaves have all fallen and weather permits.Tell us why here
When *** *** and I spoke on the phone, I gave her the price for gutter cleaning and told her that I would have to see the windows and I would send her the estimate for that when the gutter cleaning was doneShe agreed to have the gutters cleaned and the reason we cannot do an estimate on the
phone for windows is because we need to see the type of windows a property hasBeing in business for years, we do not do work for a client without approval from themPayment for the service of gutter cleaning is expected and will be turned over for collections if not paidAs to her concerns of feeling threatened, she was only told that she would be turned over for collections and if there is defamation to my company, I will pursue that in a court of law as wellI would not be in business for years if I did fraudulent or unauthorized work
