wow, we thought it was just the company cleaning policies that were the problem here, but obviously is it a company wide issueDo you really think I would be wasting my time (on christmas eve) writing to the Revdex.com if all my claims were "false"??what is interesting is, maid complete's response to our complaint is just the opposite of what we're claimingUnless the the actual employee that came to our house the second time wrote the response, how would they know if a dirty swiffer was used to "address the issues"?we brought many things up during the "walk-thru", but she just said that was the best she could doso we figured that was company policywhich is why we decided to contact the Revdex.com.Maid complete claims to have taken pictures of the before and afteri would truly like to see those.We were hoping it wasn't going to come down to "our word against theirs"so, we will be including pictures of our own.we paid extra to have the cabinets, windows, and ceiling fans "deep cleaned"so, we will just include pictures of these items.if this isn't resolved after this message, we will resort to social media
Hello, This client only got in contact with us months after the cleaningThat is the first time he called or emailed (we have checked all logs)We of course would have done a re-clean had they been in contact accordance with our terms giving us hours noticeUnfortunately, months after
the cleaning there is not much we can do. We offered the client 25% off his next cleaning, but to come back and re-clean months later would not be fair to us and we could not verify anything that was done incorrectly at the time of the cleaning. Hopefully this client will take us up on our offer to re-clean their place at 25% off
The client can call us any time or email us any time if there is an issue and we can set up a recleanHe is welcome to call and we will clean the inside of the kitchen cabinets, window sills, and dust fans

This is absolutely false. Our first cleaner did a great job and sent pictures showing the before and after. However, the client was not satisfied so we sent another cleaner a few days later who addressed all the issues.A walk-thru was done and no issues were brought up. We didn't just use a dry...
duster on the floors. This is absolutely false. The whole home was cleaned from top to bottom.
