Maid Affordable

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS ENTITY (IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WOULD CALL IT)Paid for services, scheduled a cleaning, no one showed up or returned phone calls, voicemails or emailsStill have not received any contact to this day

The first hour "cleaning" lasted just over an hour When I called the owner she said she was sorry and would send out another team the next week and then give us a "free cleaning" the following week They showed up the next week, didn't clean the toilet, the top of the refrigerator and gave a half swipe over the blinds (the blinds were closed so they dusted what was exposed)
Then the 3rd FREE cleaning - never happened, no call no NOTHING!!!

I also purchased a [redacted] deal for 3 hours of deep cleaning. I have called the company 4 times, emailed 2x, filled out the online form, and finally, when I posted a comment on their [redacted] page, they replied and told me to email them. So I did.... again. And still, nothing. I checked today and their [redacted] page has been deleted. Called and left another voicemail. It has been almost 2 weeks without a response? I am done trying. I need this cleaning done as I purchased it for my home I moved out of in preparation to rent it and scheduling the cleaning has been my only holdup. I have requested a refund through living social and do not recommend that anyone give this business their money.

I purchased a voucher from Living Social. The voucher was 3 hours of deep cleaning for $80. I called Maid Affordable 4 times and left 3 voice messages. I also went to there website and attempted to contact them through their website, I also sent an email. With the exception of one email reply from Maid Affordable telling me they didnt have any appointments currently available. I never recieved any returned communication.
