The salon advertises monthly membershipsI signed a contract and have been paying monthly for the membership ($99)I have been paying this for over a year It is called the color membership Their website and Facebook page clearly states what is included: Unlimited single process color or glazes, haircuts and blowouts
Last month I was told that haircuts are no longer included and I would have to pay $for a haircut I asked why I was not informed and more importantly why they are still advertising the package at that same price and listing haircuts as included I was told that were telling me now and that the website was being updated A month later, it has been updated and the same exact package is still being offer at the price I have been paying This leads me to believe that only a few loyal customers are being told of the unwritten change They should either change their advertised information or honor what the customers signed a contract for I was very disappoint
