Mahopac Animal Hospital

Review: A few months ago my dog became ill we called mahopac animal hospital and my wife made payment arrangements with the hospital to take 25.00 per week on her bank debit card till the bill to be payed off everything was going fine and they were taking the payment . The bill was 1700. And change they have taken 500.00 so far. So now the bill is 1200.00 we have now received a notice from a collection agency for the balance due. I called the animal hospital and now they tell me that was not the arrangement that was made.Desired Settlement: To go back on the billing arrangement that was made take me out of collections and if I am able to put more towards the balance I will to try and resolve this in a reasonable amount of time
